More legal dispute More Nonsence A company that makes sensory technology for video games - which is what causes a joystick to react to onscreen action (which is not exactly state of the art) - sued Microsoft and Sony on Monday, asserting that their popular game systems infringe patents. (BUULL!!) Immersion Corp. of San Jose said it had tried to negotiate a settlement with Sony and Microsoft but decided it needed to sue in federal court to enforce its patents. Microsoft's Xbox and Sony's PlayStation systems both have games with tactile feedback technology. A Microsoft spokeswoman declined to comment.
