Hmm... I'm still not sure what you're talking about. There's no way something can take a picture and automatically create 3D objects to match the objects in the picture. Maybe you mean something that takes the color value of each pixel in a picture and generates a greyscale height/bump map? I wouldn't pay money for that. Paint Shop Pro has something like that, and I could just program one myself. Besides, you can just convert an image to greyscale and there's yer bump map! Grin

Yeah, I think thats what he ment...I dunno...because a picture only has 1 side...models have more than one side...enless you scan it, and strech it out or something, I dunno...Im really confused on what you mean...

A bump map is simply an image whose colors are used to determine the way a light affects an object and makes it look "bumpy"... or whatever the image is. Bump maps are usually greyscale, but they don't have to be. The lighter the color, the higher the bump would look, and the darker the color, the lower the bump would look. That's usually how it works.
