A Nice Place Indeed. The Kingdom of Aethes lived and thrived w/o any trouble...or so they thought.  In the celler of a greedy merchant's shop lived a greedy man who was planning an evil plan to sabatoge the nice care-free people of Aethes into dark cruel slaves under his law and his orders. He actually was not a man, but a creature who ate small children and occasionally pets.  One day i was traveling through this town, mostly just for a get-a-way vacation after my last mission when a child no more than 5 years runs up to me...tears streaming down her face.  She was histeric and until I calmed her down and she told me what she saw.  She told me the man's name was Daloft and what he told her he was going to do to her. Luckily she was small enough to fit through the bars in the cage that he had entrapped her in and run up the stairs before he got back.  She told me that he would talk to himself and as he was she listened and heard what he planned to do to the town although she understood only enough to tell me that something bad was going to happen to the town.  She didn't know all the details because of course she was only 4 or 5 but enough for me to decipher that i had to do someting about it.  I didn' t exactly know how to go about doing it when I knew nothing about the man not counting the information the child had given me.  How was I to stop him untiil I found another who could tell me more.... I searched the bars and the local cafes...even tried hotels and went in the main lobby to talk to folks..but nothing prevailed until I happened to see a dark figure in the corner of one of the bars that I visited.  I guessed I would try him and ask if he knew or had seen this creature and the whereabouts of him.  The man answered........
